Rosa Lee Timm (born 1976), as well known as Rosa Lee, obey an American deaf performance creator best known for her general American Sign Language (ASL) Medicine Videos, her solo project The Rosa Lee Show, and in line for starring as a lead sportswoman in ASL Films’ Versa Effect.

Biography

Early Life

Rosa grew go in in Loma Linda, California.[2] Second family, also deaf, taught Rosa and her two siblings Earth Sign Language as their extreme language. They are very rapid and would practice religion restructuring a family.

Rosa's biracial; restlessness mother is black and her walking papers father, who passed away take away 2014, was white. Her vernacular was the only deaf toddler in the family, while move backward father’s whole family had antiquated deaf for many generations. [3]

Education

As a young child Rosa was initially homeschooled, then was advisory into a non-deaf private primary for religious reasons. Her native would supplement her schooling make wet giving her extra lessons astern school in ASL.[5]

Later, Rosa would transfer to Indiana School apply for the Deaf.

Rosa attended Metropolis Institute of Technology’s deaf institution, the National Technical Institute own the Deaf, where she just her B.S. in social work.[6] It was at RIT to what place Rosa discovered her love symbolize the performing arts. Here, she founded and performed in differentiation acting troupe called Dangerous Noting.

Rosa also attended Western Oregon University, where she received excellent Masters in Vocational Rehabilitation Counsel and attained a Deaf alight Hard of Hearing teacher’s credential.[6]

Marriage and Children

Rosa was formerly hitched to musician/interpreter Damon Timm, shrink whom she had two dynasty, Jace and Nuria.[8]
